The ACLS Provider Course equips participants with skills to manage the first 10 minutes of adult VF/VT arrest and 10 core ACLS cases, including respiratory, cardiac arrest, and prearrest emergencies, plus stroke.
Audience: Emergency, ICU, and critical care staff, as well as emergency medical personnel (physicians, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, etc.).
Required Materials: Bring a current ACLS Provider Manual and completed pre-test certificate. Manuals are available for $50 at REMSA Education (shipping available for a fee). eBooks (cannot be used during the final exam) https://ebooks.heart.org.
Prerequisites: Current BLS CPR certification and a passing ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment score (70%+)
This course requires a minimum enrollment of 4 students. If fewer than 4 students register, the course will be cancelled no later than 5:00pm 2-days before your class. If your class is on a Monday, you will be notified no later than 2:00pm on the Friday before class.
