The Verbal and Physical De-escalation classes is for all REMSA Health Field Provider patient care employees only. This is for Full-time, Part-time and Per diem emplyees. It is to teach first responders the skills necessary to increase their awareness of possible dangerous situations; better prepare them to verbally de-escalate a situation; and provide them with the basic physical techniques to get them out of potentially violent situations.
